Obviously this has been on my mind since I’ve mentioned it twice lately LOL but seriously, go read Shiloh’s post–I’m not sure how much more I can add. I will say this, one of the things I loved about writing Once in a Blue Moon was how the sex enhanced the story. Without it, there’d probably still be a story, but it added a lot. In my not so humble opinion. Funny enough, a published author recently said that TPTB still haven’t caught onto the fact that readers want more than sex. They want a romance, they want a story.
The interesting question is how much plot? How much sex? And how much romance–and I’m not really asking for answers, since those are hypothetical questions. The answer is as ambiguous as magic.
