Let’s talk about Sisterly Love!!! I don’t actually HAVE sisters, but I’ve adopted quite a few, including today’s giveaway author, Raine Weaver. I met Raine many years ago on the eHarlequin boards….her poodle snatching prose had me at hello.  We ended up critique partners and BFF’s!!!

So come on…share your sister stories. Do you have sisters? Were they born to you, or “adopted”? Leave a comment for a chance to win.

Up for grabs today is a e-copy of one of my favorite Raine books…HOWL.howlcover_lg.jpg OH yeah, this also features stories by Jet Mykels and Jeigh Lynn. heeh!

A howling-good Halloween anthology with sexy werewolf tales from Jet Mykles, Raine Weaver, and Jeigh Lynn. Happy Howl-o-ween! Leashed: Two for One Deal by Jet Mykles An evil witch gives Meg two weeks to join his coven. Or else. The deadline? Samhain. What’s a good witch to do? Magic, of course. She casts an age-old summoning spell to attract a shapeshifter to leash for her protection. It works, but it’s a two for one deal: Rudy, a werewolf, and Michael, a werejaguar. Wolfe’s Gate by Raine Weaver Grayson’s a werewolf, who’s sworn never to mate a human woman; he can’t control the violence of his change. Red is the one woman who could make him change his mind. When Scarlett “Red” Grier meets Grayson Wolfe, she knows she has to have him. She’s determined to bed this big bad Wolfe, even if it means risking her life. All Hallows’ Moon by Jeigh Lynn Jill Parker is on her way to a Halloween party when she drives into a wolf. She gets the injured beast into her car, and to shelter. Turns out, Jill’s wolf is a werewolf. And he claims that she’s his mate. Jill thinks Dash is an outrageous playboy. Now it’s up to him to convince her he’s telling the truth. And that she should care.

  1. I have one sister. She is 15 months older than me so we are really close. Although we have had our share of arguments over the years. Howl sounds good!

  2. Howl is a great book!! Um, since I have it you can leave me out of this drawing.

Anyone who knows me knows that I have a love/hate relationship with my own sister, so I have a lot of friends who I have sisterly feelings for (waving), but Bebo is the sister of my heart. I was really lucky when my brother married her. And I’m so thankful that when he died I didn’t lose her, which happens a lot with in-laws.

  3. This sounds like a good book! I love the paranormal stuff!

I have a sister (and Amie you know her well!) that is 3 years older than me. She was the meanest sister in the world when we were kids up to the time she graduated from high school…and then *poof* we became best friends and have remained so over the years. She has always been there for me and I love her dearly 🙂

  4. >>so I have a lot of friends who I have sisterly feelings for

Bailey…this is totally me. I can’t even count them. And I don’t count the step-sisters I haven’t seen in years.

  5. I was the meanest sister in the world because you were a little brat. Good thing you grew out of that!!

    Shout out to Amie! ~

  6. HAHAHAHAHA!!!! Yipee!!!! I just popped in to add my comment for the day & found out I WON!!!!

I’ll send over my info shortly.

And THANK YOU to Eve… I love her too… lost so much when H died, but am so greatful/blessed that she is still with me.

  7. Howl is AWESOME Stacy…

And for those coming late to the party, I’ve known Donya for (OMG) almost 30 years. (and by default Stacy)

LMAO!! So that’s what did it, huh? 🙂
Well, I don’t think I have to say I feel the same, sweetie. It’s a rare thing to feel so close to someone you’ve never even personally met, but you are as much my sis as if we were blood, and I luv ya dearly.

  10. So come on…share your sister stories. Do you have sisters? Were they born to you, or “adopted”?

I have one sister, who is seven years older than I am, and we’re so different it’s scary. Love each other, yes, but VERY little in common.
But I have one or two adopted sisters that more than fill the gaps. 😉

  11. I was the meanest sister in the world because you were a little brat. Good thing you grew out of that!!

I was not a brat! You were just evil and mean! I was always kind and respectful

    Yup.
    Sisters. 😀

  12. And oh yeah–the book… 🙂

If you haven’t read “HOWL”, I hope you’ll give it a shot.
Three stories by three different authors featuring to die for (literally) werewolves.
I had a ball writing “Wolfe’s Gate”. It’s based on the Little Red Riding Hood fairy tale, but with a lot of peculiar twists. I think Red and Gray made a hot couple. Hope you like them.

  13. I don’t have any sisters, but my older cousin is the closest thing to a sister I have. She taught me how to apply make-up and how to dress.

  14. I have sisters and countless female cousins and we’re all pretty close. I’ve lived next door to my cousins my entire life and I honestly don’t know what I would do with them or my sisters.

  15. My sister is three years olde than me and we are very close. I am so lgad I have her but my three daughters are not always fond of their sisters.

  16. Nope, no sisters for me, so i have the “adopted” kind. My bff, sadly though she has moved across country
